| With our project NAHdran* we are reaching out to people living in shelters in Neukölln. We offer social counseling in multiple languages for people who do not yet have access to counseling and support services. |

The main focus of our work is to connect our clients to already existing network of social services. Our aim is to improve the living situation and support clients to help themselves find ways out of homelessness.
We provide multilingual counselling and support on following topics:
• Residence status
• Social benefits
• Correspondence with authorities and application procedures
• Debt
• Preparations for moving into an own apartment
• Training courses on housing and related topics
• Search for housing
• Need-based search for other support services (psychosocial, addiction, family help, etc.)
• Placement in language courses
• Job search
Consultations take place on site in the cooperating shelters, or at our office. Here we offer consultation without appointment:
Mondays from 9.00-15.00
Thursdays from 9.00 -15.00

There is no consultation on Wednesdays and Fridays.

„My Way to Housing“ – individual and group courses in different languages
The NAHdran project offers courses on the topics of housing, finding a flat and keeping a flat. After successful participation, you will receive a certificate you can enclose with your housing application. In addition, you can use the counselling services offered by the NAHdran project's social workers.
Participation is free of charge.
